The Glow Spot is a skincare spa in McCully, Honolulu — built around one idea: that great skin isn't luck, it's the right care, the right products, and the right people in your corner. Since opening in 2020, we've grown from a single treatment room into a full team of licensed estheticians and massage therapists who love what they do and take your skin seriously.

To deliver real, lasting results in a space that feels like visiting a friend who just happens to be really, really good at skincare. We believe in educating our clients, not just treating them — because the best outcomes happen when you understand your own skin. We combine clinical expertise with genuine human care, and we hold ourselves to a high standard at every appointment.
It started with my own skin.
Hi, I'm Emily — founder of The Glow Spot and a Face Reality Certified Acne Specialist. I've been a licensed esthetician since 2019 and opened The Glow Spot in 2020 with a clear vision: a skincare spa built around real results, real education, and a judgment-free experience for every client who walks through the door.
My passion for skincare started early, after years of struggling with my own acne and cycling through every product imaginable without lasting results. It wasn't until I found the right approach — one that looked at the whole picture, not just the surface — that things finally changed. That experience is the foundation of everything we do here.
Today I specialize in Acne treatments and lead our Clear Program program. I believe healthy skin is within reach for everyone — it just takes the right plan, the right support, and a provider who's actually invested in your outcome.

Emily founded The Glow Spot in 2020 after years of obsessing over skincare, researching her way through her own acne journey, and falling in love with every corner of the beauty industry. Asa Face Reality Certified Acne Specialist she leads the Clear Acne Program, but her work spans facials, chemical peels, waxing, and brow services. She’s still behind the chair every week because she genuinely loves being there. Her clients tend to become her people — and she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Lydia first came to The Glow Spot as a client — she joined the Clear Acne Program while working as a massage therapist, and got her skin clear. She went on to get her esthetics license and when she was ready to join a team, she came here. It felt like a natural fit. Lydia now brings the best of both worlds to every appointment: years of hands-on experience as a massage therapist with advanced training in Sarga Bodywork and lymphatic drainage, combined with a genuine passion for results-driven skincare. Her clients come back not just for the work, but for the experience she creates every single time.

Hailey knows first hand what it’s like to struggle with your skin — her own acne journey is part of what drew her to esthetics and shapes the way she connects with every client she sees. She has a naturally gentle, calming presence that makes even the most anxious clients feel at ease from the moment they sit down. She loves the details — building out personalized skincare regimens, tackling complex skin concerns, and the precision work of lashes and brows. If you’re looking for someone who will genuinely think about your skin between appointments, Hailey is your person.

Jazmin moved from San Diego to Oahu in 2025 and hit the ground running. Dual licensed in California and Hawaii, she’s known for her speed, her precision, and her personality — the kind of provider who makes even the most dreaded appointments feel quick, easy, fun, and as painless as possible. Brows are her thing — she has a genuine knack for shape, color, and seeing the full aesthetic vision for your face. You’ll leave with brows that finally make sense.
