Non-Refundable Services Policy

All services at The Glow Spot are non-refundable once rendered. Each appointment reserves dedicated time, professional expertise, and product resources specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds or partial credits for completed treatments, even if results vary from person to person. If you experience any concerns with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and address the situation appropriately. Our goal is always to ensure you leave feeling cared for and confident in your results.

No Show & Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hour notice.

Notification given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

Notification given less than 48 hours prior to appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) booked.

Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in 100% charge of the service(s) booked.

Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

Emergencies happen, which we understand but please be respectful of our time.

Late Policy

If you are still able to make it to your appointment but are concerned you may be a little late please don’t hesitate to call or text.

We have a 5 minute grace period. If you are more than 5 minutes late we may have to reschedule you for a different time so as not to interfere with other appointments. Fees may apply for missed appointments.

Question 4

Children, Babies, & Animal Policy

In the spa we try to create an extra relaxing environment. Please find proper care for your children prior to your appointment. If your child needs adult supervision please find care, as the spa will not watch or allow your child to remain in the spa unsupervised. If the service is disrupted, time will be deducted from your appointment, and/or we will ask you to reschedule. Service animals are always welcome.

The Glow Guarantee

The Glow Guarantee was made to ensure the best waxing service to all who walk through our doors. Sometimes we are not able to remove all the hair due to uneven hair growth or unforeseen circumstances. If this has happens, we encourage you to come back within 1 week of your service for a free touch up to remove any hair that was not removed during your appointment.
