Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hour notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services. 

Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges. Notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) booked. Failure to show up for your appointment, no call no show, will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

Emergencies happen, which I understand, but please be respectful of my time. 

 

Late Policy

If you are still able to make it to your appointment but are concerned you may be a little late please don’t hesitate to call or text! We have a 5 minute grace period. If you are more than 5 minutes late we may have to reschedule you for a different time so as not to interfere with other appointments.

 

Children, Babies & Animals

  • In the salon, we try to create an extra relaxing environment, so please find proper care for your children prior to your appointment. If your child needs adult supervision please find care, as the salon WILL NOT watch or allow your child to remain in the salon unsupervised. If the service is disrupted, time will be deducted from your appointment, and/or we will ask you to reschedule.

  • Service animals are welcome. 

 

The Glow Guarantee

The Glow Guarantee was made to ensure the best waxing service to all who walk through our doors. Sometimes we are not able to remove all the hair due to uneven hair growth or unforeseen circumstances. If this has happens, we encourage you to come back within 1 week of your service for a free touch up to remove any hair that was not removed during your appointment.
