Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is held exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice so we can offer that time to another guest.
48+ hours notice: No charge
Less than 48 hours notice: 50% charge of the service(s) booked
Less than 24 hours notice: 100% charge of the service(s) booked
No-show: 100% charge of the reserved service amount
Life happens and we get it — just please reach out as soon as you can. We'll do our best to work with you.
Late Arrival
Running a little behind? Please text us as soon as possible. We offer a 5-minute grace period. For longer appointments, we'll do our best to make the most of the time remaining. If we're unable to complete your full service, fees may apply for the time and all services reserved. Arrivals that are significantly late may need to be rescheduled to respect the time of other guests.
Non-Refundable Policy
All services are non-refundable once rendered. Every appointment represents dedicated time, skilled expertise, and products prepared specifically for you — and that value doesn't change based on individual results.
That said, your happiness genuinely matters to us. If something feels off, you have questions about your results, or you're unsure about your next steps — please reach out within 48 hours of your visit. We're here to talk it through, answer any questions, and do whatever we can to make sure you feel confident and cared for. Your skin journey doesn't end when you walk out the door, and neither does our support.

Children, Animals & Guests
The Glow Spot is designed to be your escape. To protect that experience for everyone, we ask that you arrange childcare before your visit. Any children present must be able to sit still and remain calm — children who are crying or disruptive will be asked to leave. Please note that our staff are not able to supervise or watch children while you are in your treatment room. Young children may not be left unattended in the lobby under any circumstances. If a service is disrupted, time may be deducted or the appointment rescheduled. Cancellation fees apply.
We also encourage guests to come solo when possible. If you do bring someone along, we ask that they remain quiet in the lobby — phone calls should be taken outside so we can maintain a peaceful environment for all of our guests.
Pets are not permitted in the spa. Service animals are always welcome.

We want you to love your results — that's not just a promise, it's how we operate. If you're not completely satisfied with your service, have questions about your results, or something just doesn't feel right, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment. We're committed to making it right.
For waxing services specifically, because hair growth isn't always perfectly even, occasionally a stray hair gets missed. If that happens, come back within one week for a complimentary touch-up — no questions asked.
